I would say that hotel is so sweet because of the guys who work there. If you are going to stay in this hotel, sweety manager Olga and other cool guys managers are going to help you in anyway cause of your problem. How to get a taxi, how to get a train, where is the delicious food near the hotel, etc

I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights, the hotel is clean and although it is located in a popular neighborhood but there is no noise at night, its strategic location is good it is 700 meters away from the nearest two metro stations and you can visit a lot of tourist attractions easily, the reception staff is wonderful in every sense of the word, I moved to Cappadocia and left my luggage safely, They treat you with affection and a smile that does not leave their faces, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I asked for extra towels and got them throughout all my stay after every cleaning. The room was clean. Many nice cafeterias not far from hotel. About 30 minutes walk to Ayasofya. About 15 minutes walk to nearest tram stop. The price is kinda low compared to others.

Breakfast vere very good, tea and coffee all day. There was no problem to change room. The staff helped us to choose the tour and give us the informations about city.

A small cozy hotel in the historical part of Istanbul. The location is not far from the main historical points. The guys at the reception are very friendly, helpful and informal. Offering free tea and trying to understand visitor's needs.

I had very nice few days in Istanbul and the Kondoskali Hotel. It's a sweet little hotel with very nice staff, who welcome you every time a day. All day coffee and tee buffet The location is perfect to walk to the old city, have good food in the neighborhood and reach out to the whole city starting at the closeby metro-station. Would go there again.

Thanks Sadrettin! I lost my credit cards and what seemed like it was going to be a big problem for me, was solved by the hotel manager, Sadrettin Akkoyun, in no time, thanks to him I have been able to enjoy my vacation in Istanbul. He is a very attentive and caring man. Also all his recommendations for sightseeing, tours, dining, etc have been very good. Thanks for everything!
